Returns & Replacements

At MedOfficeDirect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and replacement policy to make the process as easy as possible.

All orders require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). All RGAs must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date, and RGA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The acceptable reasons for a return are as follows, wrong item/picking error, damaged shipment, overage (MedOfficeDirect shipped more than ordered), customer service rep error, defective item, and shortage of shipment.

If you encounter an issue with a missing shipment, kindly contact our Customer Support Department. We will promptly initiate an investigation, and in the event that it is determined that MedOfficeDirect delivered the item to an incorrect location, we will either expedite the reshipment of the item or offer the option to cancel the order as per your preference.

Our customer support team will provide you with an RGA number and instructions on how to return your product. All orders must be returned to the distribution center from which they were shipped. Customer Support will provide that information.

Please note that the corporate office, located at 1265 Creekside Pkwy, Ste 301, Naples, FL 34108, is not a shipping facility and will not receive returned goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom items, Patient Home Direct, embroidered and/or altered textiles, made-to-order items, opened computer hardware/software, expired products, items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer, and any items marked "Sample" or "Non-Returnable." Additionally, government-regulated items such as immune globulin products and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Opened and used equipment may not be returned for credit. Before opening equipment, check the packaging against the packing slip and ensure the product received is in fact the product ordered.

When placing a phone order with MedOfficeDirect, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the order. Any issue regarding the information given to us by you will result in denying your return at our sole discretion.

When making an online purchase, you have a window of up to 24 hours to initiate a cancellation if you realize you've chosen the incorrect product. If your order is on backorder, you retain the ability to cancel the order.

All quality issues, damaged products, or returns that are a result of a MedOfficeDirect error will be returned at MedOfficeDirect's expense, at the sole discretion of MedOfficeDirect. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The following conditions of the Return Goods Policy must be met with each return:

  • All orders require an RGA.
  • All RGAs must be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
  • All orders must be returned within 30 days from the date of the RGA packing slip.
  • A minimum restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued. This fee will either equal $25 of the total invoiced amount (including freight) or 15%, whichever is greater.
  • Merchandise must be returned properly packaged in its original shipping container, unsoiled, and unmarked. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or near the shipping label.
  • All shipping discrepancies (damaged goods, overage/shortage of items) must be reported to the Customer Support Department within seven days of invoice date to issue credit if applicable.
  • If your product arrived damaged, ask the carrier for a damage claim upon receipt.
